<div align="left"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">I am pleased to announce that we have registered the Africa Top Level Domain (AFTLD) 
organization as a company limited by guarantee in Kenya with Ref. No. CPR/2013/98394.</span></font></div>

<div align="left"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">This is in addition to our company registration of AFTLD in Mauritius.</span></font></div>

<div align="left"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">Our aim in applying for, processing and wining the registration of AFTLD in Kenya is to 
strengthen the legal standing of AFTLD in our region and globally. This will hopefully better 
enable AFTLD to operate more efficiently on the Africa continent and globally.</span></font></div>

<div align="left"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">We would like to thank the authorities in and Government of Kenya for diligently processing 
and accepting our application to register AFTLD in Kenya.  </span></font></div>

<div align="left"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:10pt">In the next few months we will continue to build and establish the secretariat in Kenya 
headed by the AFTLD Administrative Manager, Mr Barrack Otieno.</span></font></div>
