So in essence, you have only 4x providers, but are multi-homing to
each of them except PT, yes (which makes your 8x links out of 4x

You say one of the upstreams is hooked up at 3x STM-16's; I'll
assume that to be Pan African Network.<br>

What is the size of each of the links you have to Vodafone + C&W
+ PT?<br>
