this probably hasn't been posted here so for everyone's info, there's a<br>
google spreadsheet created by IETF's Lee Howard, with information about<br>
transition mechanisms used by ISPs around the world. Obviously, anyone<br>
can edit and the more people add info, the more meaningful and useful it<br>
can become<br>
