Why asking on the list when you can easily test yourself:

for network in `seq 64 72`; do
   zonecheck --ns 'ns.cybaaspace.net;ns.skannet.com;ns1.cybaaspace.net' $network.100.212.in-addr.arpa
done

And see that 69 to 72 are lame-delegated?

("dig +norecurse @ns.cybaaspace.net SOA 72.100.212.in-addr.arpa" says
"No such domain").
