Hello all,

Thanks for all your help,

It looks like everything will be ok soon.....

i ran the following command in the directory where i placed all the 105
rpms to test for dependencies;

>rpm -Uvh --test *.rpm

and i got the following output....

jack-devel is needed by arts-devel-1.4.1-3
         libqscintilla.so.4 is needed by kdebindings3-python-3.4.1-3
         povray is needed by kdegraphics3-3D-3.4.1-3
         tiff is needed by kdegraphics3-fax-3.4.1-3
         xpdf-config is needed by kdegraphics3-pdf-3.4.1-3
         ocrad is needed by kdegraphics3-scan-3.4.1-3
         libsvn_client-1.so.0 is needed by kdesdk3-3.4.1-3
         libsvn_ra-1.so.0 is needed by kdesdk3-3.4.1-3
         libsvn_subr-1.so.0 is needed by kdesdk3-3.4.1-3
         valgrind >= 1.9.6 is needed by kdesdk3-profile-3.4.1-3
         tidy is needed by kdewebdev3-3.4.1-3
         kdelibs3 < 3.3.999 is needed by (installed)
kplayer-0.5.3-1.guru.suse92.kde33

These are the dependancies iam now downloading...., after which i guess...

>rpm -Uvh --nodeps *.rpm

should do the trick.
