[afnog] IP address management

Hello all,

 

During the Afnog  workshop I heard a few people request how to manage IP
addresses (E2 folks)  in their network and I thought this would be useful
for those without a solution already.

I have used this tool for the last 2 years and it has been quite useful.

Yes it is open source
