Good day,
Cisco.com has updated documentation on running Netflow on logical interfaces. It is well illustrated and answers lots of questions on netflow and virtual/sub interfaces etc. I thought you may be interested.
The title is "NetFlow on Logical Interfaces: Frame Relay, Asynchronous
Transfer Mode, Inter-Switch Link, 802.1q, Multilink Point to Point
Protocol, General Routing Encapsulation, Layer 2 Tunneling
Protocol, Multiprotocol Label Switching VPNs, and Tunnel"
and the link is http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/en/us/guest/products/ps6601/c1244/cdccont_0900aecd8045b422.pdf
happy reading & regards
