[afnog] Static v6 Address in OS X

So it looks like OS X has a known issue with maintaining a 
statically-assigned v6 address:

My system is seeing the same bug (10.5.5 - Intel).

I've implemented the workaround. Anyone else know if Apple 
are working on this? It seems to be present in earlier 
releases as well.
