[afnog] CISCO 861 ROUTER

hi
have been configuring a Cisco wireless router 861 series. am able to surf
through the cable but when connecting the wireless am getting the
following error.

*Jan 19 21:33:19.495: %DOT11-6-DISASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0,
Deauthenticating
 Station 0016.cf84.22ca Reason: Sending station has left the BSS.


can someone help me with this?
