Hi Yasini,

RSA actually means Registration Service Agreement :)

It is an agreement which will form the official contract between your
organisation and AfriNIC once signed.

In short, signing this agreement means that your organisation is obliged to
abide by the policies outlined by the AfriNIC community and procedures set
by AfriNIC regarding the allocation/assignment of resources (IP space, ASN)
from AfriNIC to your organisation.

Your organisation needs to complete, sign and send it to AfriNIC along with
the certificate of Incorporation.
