Sorry Folks,

I was out of the office (and off the net) for some time. I hacked and am
using a version of the Qualicomm poppassd. It works by telnetting to port
106. I also interfaced it to a perl cgi script, which is executed from a
web frontend.

It works for me. If you would want it (Source and instructions), let me
know.
