Assuming you already have the mysql daemon running, you need to read the
manual that comes with it. It is quite a big text file. There is usually a
html version of it that comes with the tarball. open it up in a browser it
contains pretty clear instyructions on what to do next, how to create
databases, tables, sttructure, security etc.
