                          ADVANCED IXP WORKSHOP II

In conjunction with the 1st East African Internet Forum (EAIF), AfrISPA, Packet
Clearing House (PCH) & TESPOK will hold Section II of the Advanced IXP
Workshop. The workshop will be held in facilities of the Safari Park
International Hotel Nairobi, Kenya, on the 9th of August, 2002.
The workshop will offer advanced training to operators of existing
African Internet Internet Exchange Points (IXPs) as well as key players
in countries which are on the brink of establishing an IXP.

11:00 - 13:00 Session 2: Open Discussion

14:00 - 16:00 Session 3: IXP Implementation Design
   Case by Case Study

16:00 - 16:30 Coffee Break

16:30 - 18:00 Session 4: IXP Implementation Design Continued.
   Case by Case Study
   Route Servers, How to Setup and maintain.


PLACE
The workshop will be held at the Mt. Kenya Room, Safari Park Hotel,
Nairobi, Kenya.
