Mmm, this sounds broad. Try this;
 
Go to a client host and log into the Windows 2000 server has administrator. You will have to use the administrator password for the Windows 2000 server. If you do login successfully, try and copy the same file to the same and different locations. If it works on both counts, it definitely has something to do with the user data for your regular user accounts. If it doesn't work, then there could be a more serious problem.
 
Try that and let us know what happens.

The “access denied” bit are ok, I had configure “passwords never expire”  and the user credentials never expires, and, I’m still have the problem continues.

Which changes service pack could made to the users permissions?

Check your user's profiles and confirm they have the right access settings,

The user profiles are ok, all of them has the same permissions and access.

The error is “cannot copy …….. : Access denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use.

What’s this??
