yes the permisions are fine and i've looked through all the documentation
i can get but none seems to have the solution.
Something else i can't figure out, this part of the output:

added interface ip=192.168.12.2 bcast=192.168.12.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
added interface ip=192.168.13.2 bcast=192.168.13.255 nmask=255.255.255.0


those interfaces are alien. wonder where its picking them from.
