Of course, any "non-commercial" version is only permitted for personal use -
that is, not in connection with your own or your employer's business.
OpenSSH does not have this restriction.

Like all software, remember to keep up-to-date with bug reports and fixes to
security issues found - this is particularly critical with sshd which runs
as root.
