RE: client complain of slow link.



This looks like a wireless frequency problem. 2.4GHz is notoriously known for taking alot of interference. Is this a hopping or direct sequence frequency type?

hello,

pls I want you guys to help me out on the problem on my client network.

I received through a DVB and SCPC for transmitting, my DVB and cisco router for transmitting are both in a cisco 2950 fastethernet swtich which I use for my client internet access distribution.

I have 4  2.4 GHz sector antenna of 13db gain and 7 degree beam and two COR 1000 orinoco  router and my client uses a ydi flat panel etherant LR antenna with 18dbi gain, but the link is slow at the client receiving end.

pls what do think can be the problem?

even when I try to ping the live ip address on their system is often timing out and at times it will pickup again, so I can not really figure out want is happening.

pls help me out.
