Moussa, this has a lot to do with your bandwidth management policies and
guidelines, as a company. While you really can't "guarantee" or "keep aside"
free bandwidth, you can play with your total capacity and bandwidth manager,
to have some free capacity available for your bandwidth intensive
applications and/or users.

At any rate, you need to have some control over the utilisation of your
capacity, otherwise it becomes trickier to provision a segment of that
capacity to your requirements.

Do you have any bandwidth management installed?
