Hi Epeli
I don't seem to be able to trace past
hnl1-ar3-xe-2-0-0-0.us.twtelecom.net (66.192.250.206) from a number of
different South African networks within 41.0.0.0/8. The trace makes it
through when tracing from a South African server on a different /8.
Your "test from durban" - is that on a standard 3G dongle? I dialed up
on my Vodacom 3G Internet and the trace also breaks at
hnl1-ar3-xe-2-0-0-0.us.twtelecom.net (66.192.250.206)
I have a friend at Vodacom who I could ask to take a look but it looks
like the fault is not within their network.
It looks to me like there is a broken firewall/ACL on the device at
67.218.63.130 that is blocking users within 41.0.0.0/8.
