That is not correct. LTS simply stands for Long Term Support and
there are both desktop and server flavours for all versions. Ubuntu
generally ships a LTS version in Apr of every even year and the other
versions shipped in Oct of every year and Apr of every odd year are
mainly workups to the LTS version.
