[afnog] SNMP and MRTG

Phil,

I enabled it to use using the 64 bit counter using this command

cfgmaker  --snmp-options=:::::2  --output=/etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg
public at 192.168.1.1

I noticed no change whatsoever.
