[afnog] Cacti error

Hi Hasnain,

Is anything not functioning as expected/as you want? Because it's not
exactly an error if you don't need spine.

Spine is just an alternate poller, depending on the size of your network
you may or may not need it. But if you find out that you do you can easily
install it using "apt-get install cacti-spine" since you are using Ubuntu.
