Ok, jai un autre soucis avec la liste de mes paquets :

Message d'erreur : E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/dpkg/status

je tente de le resoudre en faisant :
 1 : /var/lib/apt/lists# rm -rf *
 2: aptitude update

si ca marche je continue avec la resolution de mysql
