Hello Kumba,

Are you trying to upgrade your machine or ? but nonetheless just type this commands one after the other it should help.

lsb_release -a
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get -y upgrade
sudo apt-get -y dist-upgrade
sudo do-release-upgrade
