RSVP bandwidth reservations are informational. They don't
track actual physical bandwidth, it's up to you to make sure
that happens.
That said, RSVP can infer total bandwidth available on a
configured interface, and use that as an automated basis for
bandwidth reservations, unless you override that manually.
