This showed that the mail server is now ok,  although i think its strange
that your relay is a loopback address (is the recipient address within the
same network OR  on your mail server itself) anyway hope the mail got
delivered to your box?

Now try to trigger a nagios alert and post the output of your maillog
again. Let see ;)
