Nii, what Yasini means is that if this is a private link, 
then it doesn't matter what IP addresses you use, private or 
public. From your description, this is what it sounds like.

However, if this link is going to give you connectivity to 
the Internet, then you'll need you can still run IPSec/VPN 
as a tunnel, which is standard.
