[afnog] ZA <-> MZ Routing Problem

Hi,

I am in Mozambique and can also relay your info to them. I have noticed this 
as well for ISPs that use TDM services, the traffic does flow from here 
directly to SA but is returned in many cases through London. I remember 
vaguely doing some investigation before and it seems a lot of the networks 
presenting the problem were under the MTN business network ASN. TDM is 
connected to Telkom, it seems the advertisements are not going through to 
TDM.
