I have no experience with the Juniper ISG firewalls, and
very limited experience (which I hope to forget) with the
Extreme kit as well.
However, if you're talking about standard 802.1AX (used to
be 802.3ad) link aggregation, your best chance is to use
LACP between both devices to ensure the link aggregation
works perfectly.
I'd research LACP support on both platforms, first.
