[afnog] FreeBSD Mailbox Settings

Dear all, 

 INBOX
  INBOX.Drafts
  INBOX.Sent
  INBOX.Trash
If you configure a Freebsd mail server it displays this mailbox format once logged in. i have tried to change to Maildir/ so that they can not start with the INBOX.Draft INBOX.Sent but i dont receive mails. what is the best solution i need to have mbox settings of  the below settings

  INBOX
  Drafts
  Sent
  Trash

To those who are saying otherwise, keep in mind that if your host is compromised, changing the password before you fix the host will likely end up with the attacker still having the password.
