Let me try to answer this..

The answer is NO, since the workshops are running simultaniously
during the same week so you can't attend both, sorry.
You are also expected to attend the full week.Switching midweek 
is also not possible and doesn't make sense as you won't be able 
to catch up - these are intense weeks

Perhaps you can have a colleague apply for one of the other tracks 
you're interested in? The intent of the workshops is for people 
to spread the knowledge locally, i.e. we explicitely encourage people to
organize workshops locally and pass the knowledge on
(that's why there are questions on this on the application form..)
