Hi,
just in case anyone has a newish server like my Proliant Gen8
with certain broadcom network interfaces [1],
FreeBSD 9.1 (fresh install, 64-bit)
and after a short while or after a packet over a certain size, there's some
'watchdog' error and the network stops working,
then: http://cpfong.livejournal.com/107313.html
has helped me a lot.
but: "your mileage may vary"
Frank
