2 regions interconnected with 2 routers per region

and the 2 routers in a region have intersite connectivity.

Running bgp and vpls.

r1 and r2 same region
r3 and r4 same region
r1 and r3 connected by fibre
r2 and r4 connected by fibre

configure all routers in same vpls instance
