Hi Mark,
One Communications = Safaricom, they bought it years ago, havent updated whois db
Yes a typo = 194.9.64.0/23
I have made some changes as per suggestion from Patrick Okui.
Many thanks for the link to Seacom LG. Been looking for something more local.
