[afnog] UG - regulator domain?

Hi,

I don't get DNS for ucc.co.ug
Which should be the domain of the regulator.
At least according to the authority of "Google" :-)
Or has the domain changed?
first guess ucc.go.ug also doesn't seem to work.
Or is it just "expired" .... ?
