Accra, 14 April, 2015 – The InternetSociety Ghana Chapter has elected a new executive committee to steer theaffairs of the Chapter for the next two years.  The keenly first-ever online-based electionssaw the following nine-members emerge as the officers-elect:
President MarcusGadzekpo Adomey; Vice-President – Roger Baah; General Secretary,  Eric Kuma-Baku;Assistant General Secretary,Francis Amaning; Financial Controller-James Adjamali.
 
Standingcommittee Chairs elected included:  
EmmanuelAgyeman - Membership; Andaratu Vanessa Issah -Technical Projects; Samuel Dodoo –Education;Vera Akumiah- Programmes and Communication.
The New EXCOM  will be sworn into office  by the Chairman of the chapter , Dr. Nii Quaynor on 29 April 2015 and will hold office for two (2) years.
