Tried to disable PoE and the error goes, but after enable it comes back!

You might have a broken box.

And the EX2200 does not have modular power supplies, from what I can
tell. So it's not like you can swap them out if the internal controller
has gone wonky.

You might have to swap it out and add some kind of surge protection into
your power matrix.
