Hi,
I presume you are using the FOSS version. What you want is not possible.
In theory you could fork the source and compile yourself and then make the changes, but this will bring you much heart ache.
In order to do what you want you must buy the Paid for Network Edition of zimbra.
Do take a look at forums.zimbra.com for a lot of information, as this mailing list may not have too much.
