Can someone confirm whether Mikrotik runs a DNS server by default?

I have a customer that was complaining of the very same issue (traffic
hitting his Mikrotik router that did not exit out any other port). A
Netflow analysis of the customer's service revealed a large amount of
DNS (attack?) traffic hitting his router.
