indeed a very good summary.
creates an amazing potential of opportunity from academia to private and
public sector.  We now need to ensure that we sustain the effort of
building the capacity of those expected to run these networks.

Would be nice if we had some kind of Human capacity benchmark.  Not sure if
anyone is aware of any studies.
