It may be a dumb question, but I have to ask it anyway :)

What is the output of

ls -l /usr/local/www/apache24/data/ulg/ulg.py

?

The log suggests that whatever process is causing the 500 error can’t find that file. Does it exist at that path? What are it’s permissions, relative to python/apache?
