Great suggestion but this would be something country specific NOG's would
deliver.

Meaning those who come to attend AFNOG courses that are Unix/Linux centric
must have the fundamental knowledge of Unix/Linux before hand as a
preliquisite.

I think AfNOG should now aim more towards advanced trainings.
