the sdnog mailing list [1] has more than 300 subscribers.  most of them 
are human.

hint:  it might help if you said which network you were looking for.  
and the type of contact you wanted.  etc.   it’s thursday afternoon 
(start of the weekend) so if you are too generic, you’ll likely be 
ignored ..

if, otoh, you express that you’re seeing a sincere security issue with 
Z, the sudanese are likely to quickly find you an appropriate contact.
