Hi Frank

I am not looking to register a .tz domain name.  I am looking to become an accredited registrar.  When we where talking to a local service firm that is helping us form a company based in Tanzania one of the reequipments to become an accredited registrar they said we also need a local business licensing.  I believe that operating a register is regulated and we need a local license.
