Good to see mirrors of open source projects in Africa. We need more
like these. I think that maybe letting the VM/server manage number of
active sessions would be good. Most mirrors are now on http(s), so you
can set a maximum limit on the web server connections. Also, maybe
using QoS on outbound on the VM/server might help a bit ?
