This is a final reminder to register to join the second webinar session on Franchise vs Homegrown IXPs<https://www.afpif.org/virtual-peering-series-africa/franchise-vs-homegrown-ixps/> on 4 May 2021 at 13:00 – 15:00 UTC.

By popular demand we are back with part two of Franchise vs Homegrown IXPs. This session just like the first brings a balanced discussion on the possible benefits and the drawbacks of the different approaches to the establishment and management of IXPs, allowing the audience to draw their own conclusions on what best fits their local peering environment.

The first 1.5hrs will be dedicated to the theme of the day followed by a 30-minute interactive social event for participants on “Gather Town” online platform. The social event is designed to promote networking, collaboration, and partnership.

Ceci est un dernier rappel pour rejoindre la 2eme session du webinaire, Franchise vs Homegrown IXP<https://www.afpif.org/fr/serie-de-peering-virtuels-afrique/franchise-vs-homegrown-ixps-2/>s, le 4 Mai 2021 de 13h00 à 15h00 UTC.

A la suite d'une demande générale, nous sommes de retour avec la deuxième partie de Franchise vs Homegrown IXP. Cette session,  tout comme la première, vise à fournir une discussion équilibrée sur les avantages possibles et les inconvénients des différentes approches de l'établissement et de la gestion des IXP, permettant au public de tirer ses propres conclusions sur ce qui convient le mieux à son environnement local de peering.

La première heure et demie sera consacrée au thème de la journée, suivie d'un événement social interactif de 30 minutes pour les participants sur la plateforme en ligne «Gather Town». L'événement social est conçu pour promouvoir le réseautage, la collaboration et le partenariat.
