Thanks for your feedback.

Without any disrespect, this call for volunteers is to support a research
project
to understand the QoE challenges of end-users on one of the most used
streaming
services on mobile Internet. IMHO, the outcome of the study could inform
mobile
network operators on how to better optimize their network for better
service delivery.

AFAIK and as a member of this community, AFNOG has always been very
receptive
and supportive of research ideas coming from the academic community.
