Dear All,

I received a few off-list reports about people not being able to 
access the link which I posted previously.  Please see the following

The previous link was mapped to a URL which contained a literal 
space.   The literal space was encoded as %20 and the percentage 
encoding was escaped on post-processing.  The result caused an error 
to be displayed in the web browser. I apologize for the technical error.

I tested the new URL in Chromium, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari 
to identify potential interoperability [1] issues.  Please let me 
know if you experience any technical issue.

1. I should have included the browser version numbers as that is the 
best practice for interoperability testing.
