Dear Mr Rosunee,

I would like to congratulate you on your appointment to the 
Nomination Committee and for representing the Indian Ocean 
region.  There was the following in the election guidelines (PDF):

   12 September 2025 at 16.00 Mauritius time

for "Closure of Election and Counting".  The web page [1] for the 
election guidelines, dated 14 August, has the following:

   12 September 2025 at 20.00 Mauritius time

for "Closure of Election and Counting".

I tested the above with Firefox and Safari running on two devices.

It has been my practice to give credit where credit is due.  I would 
not have not noticed the discrepancy if Mr Maina was not transparent 
in his communication with one of your colleagues.  I would give him 
credit for identifying the discrepancy.
