Hello friends,

We are a research team from the University of Oregon, with
collaborators from Internet Society and UC Davis, studying how
Internet traffic paths (traceroutes) map to underlying physical
infrastructure such as submarine cables.

TLDR: We developed a technique using Machine Learning to infer which
submarine cables Internet paths traverse. We would like to run some
RTT validation on some of our findings for the Africa-Europe and
Intra-Africa corridor. Basically, what we are asking is: does the RTT
- cable pair make sense to you, operators.
